Paid Delivery Zones
The stated delivery charges are for the deliveries to UK Mainland only. Once delivery postcode is entered our website will automatically recognise your location and apply relevant delivery charges. For delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands we will only be able to deliver to a nominated mainland GB address e.g. a port at the advised charge. Onward shipping from that point is the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery charges are based on your location and the weight and dimensions of the consignment. Delivery charge is automatically updated upon checkout prior to order confirmation once correct UK post code is entered. Delivery charges are between £4.95 and £49.95 with £49.95 is being the highest we charge for any amount of items to a Standard Delivery Zone. Higher charges are applied to Highlands postcodes.
REDUCED DELIVERY CHARGE to the following post codes PE 19; PE 27-29; SG 19; SG 8; CB 1-5; CB 22-24. Those cover locations such as Cambourne, Cambridge, Huntingdon, St. Neots, St.Ives, Caxton and nearby areas. If you are unsure whether your address qualifies, please email with your full postcode.
Delivery dates are displayed next to the product price and we aim to delivery within given dates.
Standard delivery charge applies to normal delivery times only. Normal delivery times are 8am - 6pm on working days only. In general we do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays. However occasionally we will be able to offer weekend delivery dates at an additional charge. Buyer will be notified of a delivery date either by email or telephone a day prior to delivery. Please ensure you supply correct contact details.
We aim to deliver as quickly as possible if the goods you ordered are in stock in a UK warehouse they are marked as FAST DELIVERY ITEM and generally that means delivery in 2-4 working days.
Normally delivery is within 1-4 weeks from the date of receipt of payment. Please note some items may be delivered slightly sooner or later than the above stated period.
When you place the order you will receive an automatic e-mail from us confirming the order. We will contact you again a day prior to delivery to confirm the exact date.
If you have an urgent requirement call us with the items you wish to order, your full delivery address and your latest delivery day and we will tell you if we can supply the products in time.
Generally, where an order contains more than one item all items will be delivered at the same time once all items are available.
On the Day of the Delivery
We use different carriers depending on the size and weight of order.
Small to Medium Size items
Small to medium size items such as bedside tables, chests of drawers, wall unit, singular kitchen units, sinks and taps are delivered by Parcel Force. Parcel Force emails tracking information to the customer prior to delivery and on the day of delivery will send SMS with approximate delivery times.
Large Size singular items
Large size singular items such as tall cabinets, wardrobes, beds, desks and long sideboards are delivered by Tuffnells and customer receives an email notification with tracking number a day prior to delivery. Please note heavy/long goods are delivered to the main building door only and can not be carried upstairs.
Multiple item orders
Multiple item orders of large items such as bedroom sets, kitchen sets, children's room sets, dining room sets, lift-up style double and king size beds or a combination of over 3 items are being delivered by palletised courier service. Exact delivery date will be confirmed and agreed with the customer 24-48 hrs prior to delivery. We will be happy to work with you to find a suitable date.
Goods are delivered on a pallet to the building door only or curbside depending on access available. Driver can pull the pallet to the desired location as long as there is smooth, wide enough path available. Goods can not be un-palletised or carried inside by the delivery driver. Customer is to sign for the pallet as a single consignment. Please be aware that the pallet cannot be taken away again by the driver after delivery.
With this service where a delivery date has been agreed with our carrier but the customer isn’t present to receive the delivery we reserve the right to charge the customer a minimum of £25 to cover part of the cost of the failed delivery.
General information on delivery of small, medium and large items.
The goods will be left inside your premises at the safest convenient location. Large Items only - delivery drivers as standard will not carry large items upstairs, and all transportation of your goods to a location upstairs is entirely carried out at the contractors risk and discretion. PLEASE NOTE “carry items upstairs” also covers flats which are not located on the ground floor.
Our drivers are unaccompanied; they will not move or take away any existing goods or property and will not carry out assembly or installation of the goods.
Acceptance of the products
Other than where the Buyer acts as a Consumer the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Products 5 working days after delivery to the Buyer. After acceptance the Buyer shall not be entitled to reject Products which are not in accordance with the contract

Customer Orders and delivery dates provided on a website at present have not been impacted.
