We use two main forms of online payment processing gateways, these are Sage Pay and PayPal both of which are GDPR compliant.

  • In the event of a cancelled order refund promptly
  • Respond to any enquiry you make.
  • Subject to your consent, send you marketing and information regarding Impact Furniture (in all formats to which you have consented eg post, email, text)
  • For generating aggregated statistics about users, traffic patterns etc of the website and other services and developing future marketing plans.

We share select parts of the information you have given us with our trusted couriers (DHL, Tuffnells, Royal Mail, Aztek Logistics) to facilitate delivery.

We use the services of third party companies in order to operate our website and to ensure internet security for data storage and processing of transactions.

We keep customer information outlined above for a period of six years in line with HMRC guidelines. We will then dispose of your information by automatically removing your online account as well as purchase relevant information from our systems.
